Terms and Conditions

Your authority

You represent, warrant and covenant that: (i) you have the power and authority to enter into this agreement; and (ii) you are at least eighteen (18) years old.

Changes

We reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions and/or to modify, discontinue, disable or terminate the Channel (or any part or feature thereof) at any time, without prior notice. If we make changes to the Terms and Conditions, we will post an updated version on the Service. Your continued use of the Channel following the posting of such an updated version constitutes your acceptance of any changes to the Terms and Conditions. You are requested to check the Terms and Condition on the Channel from time to time to keep apprised of any such updates.

You acknowledge that we may automatically update or upgrade the version of the Channel you may be surfing through your Computer/Laptop, Phone, or tablet. You consent to such automatic updating or upgrading and agree that the Terms and Condition will apply to all such updates or upgrades.

Contents and its use

The text, content, photographs, video, audio, graphics, designs, information, applications, software, articles, directories, guides, photographs as well as trademarks, service marks, trade names, copyrights, logos, domain names, code, patents and/or any other form of intellectual property are protectable intellectual property available through the Channel (hereinafter called "Content") is the property of Regsus. It is provided by Regsus or its licensors to you for your personal use and information only.

You agree:

1. 1. that you will not use the Channel for any illegal purpose, for the facilitation of the violation of any law or regulation, or in any manner inconsistent with these Terms and Condition.
2. 2. to use the Channel solely for your own use and benefit, and not for resale or other transfer or disposition to, or use by, or for the benefit of, any other person or entity.
3. 3. not to use, transfer, distribute, or dispose of any information contained in the Channel in any manner that could compete with the business of Regsus or any of its affiliates.
4. 4. not to copy, reproduce, recompile, scrape, sell, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, upload to, create derivative works from, transmit, transfer, sell, license unload, edit post frame link or in any way exploit any part of the Channel or make available the Content to third parties without our prior written consent, except as permitted by any sharing functionality inbuilt in the Channel that expressly allows you to share Content or links to Content with others.

Restrictions

You may neither interfere with nor attempt to interfere with nor otherwise disrupt the proper working of the Channel, any activities conducted on or through the Channel, or any servers or networks connected to the Channel.

You shall not violate the security of the Channel or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Channel, data, materials, information, computer systems, or networks connected to any server associated with the Channel, through hacking, password timing, or any other means.

You may neither take nor attempt any action that, in the sole discretion of Regsus, imposes or may impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load or burden on the Channel or the infrastructure of the Channel.

You shall not use or attempt to use any "scraper," "robot," "bot," "spider," or "data mining." "computer code," or any other automate device, program, tool, algorithm, process, or methodology to access, acquire, copy, or monitor any portion of the Channel, any data or content found on or accessed through the Channel, or any other Channel information without the prior express written consent of Regsus. You may not forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any other content.

You acknowledge and agree that all intellectual property rights in the Channel and the Content, wholly or partly, including, but not limited to, all copyright and trademarks, are and shall remain the property of Regsus or its licensors and you shall not acquire any rights in them. Except for the limited license expressly set forth herein, you are not conferred any right, by implication, estoppel or otherwise, under copyright or other intellectual property rights, either now or in the future.

Registration

You may be required or permitted to register or otherwise create a user account (hereinafter called "Registration") that allows you to access or receive certain Content and/or to participate in or utilize certain features of the Channel. You represent and warrant that the information provided in your Registration is complete and accurate to the best of your knowledge, and you will inform us of any changes to your registration information. We reserve the right to deny, restrict or terminate your access to any Content or feature reached via the such Registration process for any reason, in our sole discretion.

Registration data and any other information we obtain about you will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By submitting information to us as part of any Registration, you consent to the transfer of such information to our server, which could be located outside India. We reserve the right to access and disclose any information about you (including personal data given in your Registration) in order to comply with applicable laws, regulations, court orders, or lawful governmental requests; to operate our systems properly; and to protect our rights and the safety or interests of others, at our sole discretion.

User Material

The Channel may have features that allow you to provide inputs or ask questions or engage in discussions or otherwise upload, submit or post content to the Channel (collectively, "User Material"). User Material is subject to these Terms and Conditions and any additional terms that are referred to in the area of the Channel where you upload, submit or post it.

You hereby agree not to upload, submit or post any User Material that (a) is abusive, illegal, defamatory, indecent, obscene, offensive, or threatening in any way; (b) encourages anyone to break the law; (c) violates anyone's copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights; (d) interferes with the privacy of another user; (e) contains a virus or any other harmful components; (f) contains false or misleading statements; or (g) gives rise to any liability or violates any applicable local, state, federal or international law or regulation.

You represent that you have all the necessary legal rights to upload, submit or post your User Material and you hereby grant Regsus a non-exclusive, transferable, worldwide, fully paid-up, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right and license to use, distribute, publicly perform, display, reproduce, modify, translate, sublicense and create derivative works from your User Material in any and all media in any manner, in whole or in part, without any duty to notify or to compensate you.

You further irrevocably waive any "moral rights" or other rights with respect to attribution of authorship or integrity of User Material that you may have under any applicable law or legal theory. We have no obligation to store and may remove or delete any User Material for any reason, at any time, and without notice to you.

Termination

You may terminate the Terms and Conditions, with or without cause and at any time, by discontinuing your use of the Channel and destroying all materials obtained from the Channel.

You agree that, without notice, Regsus may terminate the Terms and Conditions, or suspend your access to the Channel, with or without cause at any time and effective immediately.

The Terms and Condition will terminate immediately without notice from Regsus, if you, in Regsus's sole discretion, fail to comply with any provision of the Terms and Conditions.

Regsus shall not be liable to you or any third party for the termination or suspension of the Channel, or any claims related to the termination or suspension of the Channel.

Regsus will determine your compliance with the Terms and Condition in its sole discretion and its decision shall be final and binding and not subject to challenge or appeal. Any violation of the Terms and Condition may result in restrictions on your access to all or part of the Channel and may be referred to law enforcement authorities.

No changes to or waiver of any part of the Terms and Conditions shall be of any force or effect unless formally posted or made in writing and signed by a duly authorized officer of Regsus. Upon termination of your membership or access to the Channel, or upon demand by Regsus, you must destroy all related documentation and all copies and installations thereof.

You are advised that Regsus will aggressively enforce its rights to the fullest extent of the law.

Entire agreement

These Terms and Conditions contain the entire agreement between us regarding your use of the Service and supersedes all previous agreements. Should any provision of the Terms and Conditions be held to be void, invalid, unenforceable or illegal by a court, the validity and enforceability of the other provisions will not be affected thereby. Failure to enforce any provision of the Terms and Conditions will not constitute or be construed as a waiver of such provision or the right to enforce it.

Governing law, jurisdiction

The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You hereby agree that any disputes arising under or in connection with the Terms and Conditions or the Channel shall be submitted for resolution to courts in Mumbai, and you hereby waive any jurisdictional, venue or inconvenient forum objections to such courts.

Subscription and payment

If at any time you may like to subscribe to paid features of the Channel, Regsus will require you to register and create an account. The decision to provide the information required to create an account is purely voluntary and optional; however, if you elect not to provide such information, you will not be able to access certain content or participate in certain parts or features of the Channel.

You shall pay all fees and charges incurred through your account at the rates in effect for the billing period in which such fees and charges are incurred. All fees and charges, including applicable taxes, shall be billed to you, and you shall be solely responsible for their payment.

All subscription charges are paid in advance at the inception of the subscription period.

A tax invoice will be available on the Channel and may be sent to your registered address as well. Subscriptions purchased via the Channel are billed as per the terms of the respective package you choose. An individual can subscribe to more than one package for non-overlapping period.

Whether to renew the subscription is at your discretion; we shall not bill you automatically on renewal date.

Subscriptions are listed in Indian Rupee (INR) for Indian users of the Channel and in US Dollar (USD) for users based out of India.

Changes to subscription

Once subscribed and paid, subscription can't be cancelled till it ends on its expiry date.

A subscription can be upgraded to a new subscription package of higher price. In such case, differential of the two subscription packages, proportionate to the remaining period of subscription will be charged to you.

Regsus can change subscription prices and tenor, remove an existing subscription plan or add a new one or make any other change in its subscription packages from time to time without any notice to you. However, this will not affect your ongoing subscription, if any.

Promotional Discounts & Introductory Offers

From time to time, Regsus may offer subscription packages at a reduced rate for a specified period of time (“Offer”). Regsus may determine your eligibility for an Offer at any time without prior notice and with no liability, to the extent permitted under applicable law.

If you subscribed under an Offer, at the end of your period, your subscription will end unless you choose to subscribe to one of the available paid subscription packages.

We reserve the right of differential pricing to bulk subscription requests.

Acceptable Use

All subscribers will be required to submit basic profile details; this is to identify you and your interests.

Your cell phone number is used as your login identity. Regsus hereby grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to allow its authorized subscribers to consume Content of the Channel for personal use and for internal work-related, research, and general awareness purposes.
