The application and the website (jointly called “Channel”) of Metal Intelligence Centre (MIC) are owned by Regsus Consulting Private Limited (called “Regsus”). You hereby agree that the information (text, video, audio, or any other format), logo, layout, color schemes, design, appearance, concept, data relating to user registration or subscription or invoicing, etc (collectively called “Content”) used in the Channel are the property of Regsus.
Information provided
Regsus makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy, authenticity, timeliness, or completeness of the Content. The entire risk of verifying the accuracy and completeness of all Content is with you.
We do not endorse the views, or opinions given by any third party, experts, panelists, interviewees, content provider, advertiser, sponsor, or any other third party. We may link to, reference, or promote websites, applications, and/or services from third parties. You agree that we are not responsible for, and do not control such websites, applications, or services in any manner. Content sharing
You hereby agree and acknowledge that except as expressly permitted by Regsus or when acted through sharing tools available on the application and website, you are expressly prohibited from using or sharing the Content in any format and/or delivery method in presentations, reports, email, facsimile, social media or any other communication channel/platform for any purpose, including, without limitation, creating any derived data.
You are specifically prohibited from distributing, transferring, sub-licensing, transmitting, selling, repackaging, assigning, leasing, reselling, publishing, or otherwise making available all or any portion of the Content herein, or any derived data, analysis or presentation based on such Content, by whatever means to any person or entity.
However, you may share, quote or reproduce those Contents of the Channel which are not restricted to paid subscribers by giving credit to MIC.
Any unauthorized use of any Content appearing herein may violate the intellectual property rights of Regsus (such as copyrights, trademarks, and database rights) and is strictly prohibited.
Changes
Contents of the Channel are subject to change, revision, removal, or re-publication with or without notice.
Regsus can periodically alter, add or modify criteria, terms, and benefits relating to user registration.
Regsus can add or change packages, prices, tenors, and conditions relating to subscriptions from time to time.
Regsus can create new content, edit, revise, remove or republish them, and change the date of start or end of any of the time-bound features like Poll or Forum, etc with or without providing any notice to you.
In order to improve the look, appeal and usability of MIC or for other reasons, Regsus may make suitable changes to the Channel with or without notice to you. Accordingly, MIC application on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store could get updated from time to time.
Regsus reserves the right to put some Contents as free and some as premium (or paid). Also, Regsus can move them from free to premium or vice versa at any future date at its discretion.

The Contents of the Channel is dedicated to base metals alone. We may cover other subjects from time to time but with metal users in mind. Regsus neither guarantees a set periodicity of publication of Contents on each base metal nor coverage of each base metal in all its Contents.

The advertisements on the Channel are not owned or supervised by Regsus. The advertisements are not an endorsement of any information, product, or service from Regsus.

You hereby agree to get notified or alerted by the Channel about the publication of new content, breaking news, and other useful information. The notification may be sent in form of app notifications, emails, text messages, voice messages, chat messages, or otherwise.

Regsus and its suppliers, agents, directors, officers, employees, representatives, successors, and assigns shall have no responsibility or liability for:

Your sole remedy against Regsus for dissatisfaction with the Channel or its Content is to sign out of your account, stop using the Content or uninstall the application.
Applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages. In no event shall Regsus owe total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract or tort, including but not limited to, negligence) exceeding the subscription amount last paid by you, if any, for accessing the Channel.
By accessing this site, you understand that you may be waiving rights with respect to claims that are at this time unknown or unsuspected.
Legal disclaimer
