MIC or Metal Intelligence Centre is a hub for market intelligence,
analysis, opinion, news and data relating to base metals viz: Copper,
Aluminium, Zinc, Lead, Nickel and Tin. MIC’s purpose is to keep you updated
with the developments in the industry that affects your business and metal prices.
Does MIC provide live prices? +
No.
Can I customise the feed of MIC? +
Yes. You can select one or more metals of your choice and
also sections of your interest. This is available under profile.
Is it compulsory to register oneself? +
No. However, registration offers benefits e.g. you would get
our reports over email and information about our latest offers.
Registration can be done at the App by updating your profile or
by clicking “Sign-up” at the website. Registration is FREE.
Is there a subscription fee for MIC? +
Certain contents of the MIC could be free. Certain others may require subscription. These
are marked with either a banner (“Premium”) or with a lock.
How to subscribe to MIC? +
You can subscribe either at App or on its website; the subscription allows you to access
contents seamlessly on both platforms i.e. App and Website. Payments are made online.
What are the subscription charges? +
List of subscription packages are listed under “Subscriptions”. Subscription money is paid in
advance of the subscription tenor.
What are the modes of payment? +
Our chosen payment gateway allows you to pay through credit/debit cards, netbanking etc.
The subscription starts instantly after receipt of payment.
The payment went through but yet I can’t access. +
No, subscription does not renew automatically. You, at your discretion can choose to renew
it any time after it is available for renewal. You are notified by in-app notification and
through email at your registered email address about upcoming renewal date. Even if
renewed in advance, the new subscription will start after the existing subscription ends.
How many subscriptions can I buy? +
In addition to an existing subscription, you can buy one other subscription for a period
starting from the end of the active subscription.
I paid for subscription but yet can’t access Premium content on the App. +
Check under “Subscriptions” if your subscription is active. See of you can access Premium
content on the website. Try logging out and then logging back in or uninstalling and re-
installing the app. In any case you can contact us at micsupport@regsus.com.
Money is deducted from my Card/bank account but yet I can not see my subscription
under “Subscriptions”.+
If the payment has gone through, the subscription will be enabled. If not, the money will get
credit back to you; this could take 24-48 hours. In any case you can contact us at
micsupport@regsus.com with all details about your payment.
Can I access MIC on different platforms? +
Your mobile number is your user ID. You can access MIC on different mobile phones, PCs,
tablets etc using registered mobile number as login. You will go through OTP verification to
be able to access MIC.
I have a new SIM number. How can I use ongoing subscription? How can I switch my
subscription to a new cell phone number?+
Since the subscription is linked to your registered mobile number (that gets OTP for
verification), you will not be able to access your subscription using new SIM number. You will
need to contact us at micsupport@regsus.com for verification purposes.
After the verification, you can use your use your existing subscription using new SIM
number.
Can I access MIC when travelling outside home country? +
Yes; the access will be seamless. However, in case you have logged out and are trying to
login, the One Time Password (OTP) will be sent on your registered phone number as a text
message. You should have an access to this service in the foreign country you are travelling.
Can I cancel subscription? +
Subscription money is paid in advance of the tenor. We encourage you to use the whole
period of subscription. We shall not refund any money to you if you cancel your subscription
mid-way or stop using MIC.
Can I write my comments on MIC? +
Currently MIC does not allow comments and inter-user communication.
I am getting a technical error; the App or its contents are not loading / showing. +
Try logging out and login back. Else uninstall the app and download again. If problem
persists, you can write to micsupport@regsus.com.
Can I get consulting services or training on risk management from MIC? +
MIC’s parent company, Regsus, is engaged in providing consulting services, including
training, in the area of commodity risk management. More about them is available at

MIC is a product of Regsus Consulting Private Limited.
The company is engaged in risk management advisory for commodities.
Regsus was founded in 2009 by Sandeep Daga who has more than two decades

What are the restrictions on use of MIC information / data? +
MIC App data is for your information and personal use. You CAN NOT forward, copy or
otherwise use / forward these to anyone else except provided through sharing tool in the
